Every order is important to me and I take the greatest care in creating my work, packaging it well and ensuring it is sent out to you in a timely manner. Orders received after noon will be treated as having been received the following day. Most products are shipped within 1-3 working days of your order being placed, up to 5 days during busier periods. Items made to order such as lampshades, cushions, coasters, tablemats and embellished prints can take up to 7 -14 days to dispatch. If you require your order quickly, please don't hesitate to contact me and I'll do my best to reach your deadlines. Framed prints are usually in stock but at times may take up to 2 weeks to dispatch depending on frame stock availablitly. If that is the case I will contact you to advise an estimated dispatch date.

Orders are sent via Royal Mail or courier. Smaller items will be sent using Royal Mail standard service with Proof of Posting, while larger items will be sent using recorded or Special Delivery service that will require a signature on arrival. Customers are responsible for providing the correct address and for being available for signing receipt of the package/s. Parcels returned to me due to the incorrect address will only be sent to an alternative address once shipping costs have been covered by the purchaser.

Costs for overseas orders will be calculated at the check out.

*Only unmounted and unframed work will be shipped overseas. When ordering prints from the shop, please choose the unmounted option, or where only a mounted option is provided, please choose this and the print will be sent without the mount.  Prints will either be shipped flat or rolled in a postage tube for protection.

Cushion orders will include the cushion cover only (no pad) to keep postage costs down. A 50 x 50cm insert will fit the cover.

We do not usually ship lampshades, tablemats or coasters overseas. Lampshades may be damaged due to their fragility during shipping and thier size can mean high shipping costs. Tablemats and coasters are heavy items again incurring high shipping costs. However, if you would still like to order these items, please contact me with your order details and I can provide a price for shipping which will include full tracking and insurance.


For international customers, please note that any customs, duty fees, or applicable taxes incurred for your country are the responsibility of the purchaser.


Great care is taken to ensure your paintings arrive safely and on time. I do try to use recycled packaging wherever possible but I can promise that each artwork is very carefully packaged by myself to avoid breakages.


I want you to be pleased with your purchase. If you are not happy for any reason, please email me with the reason for return within 14 days of receipt and I shall make every effort to offer a resolution. The item must be returned to me by recorded & insured delivery (at customer expense) with all the original packaging or similar and in perfect condition. Once I take receipt of the return a full refund will be issued. Please note that for international customers, any original postage costs will not be refunded. 

I cannot offer a refund for any 'Goods made to Order' such as placemats, coasters, lampshades, cushions or embellished prints.
