Delivery & Returns

Your order is important to us and so we take the greatest care of your order right from production to shipping. We will pack your order carefully and ensure it is sent out you in a timely manner.

We are a small company and do not have the space to keep a large quantity of products in stock. Therefore the majority of our products are made to order. Items that are in stock are shipped within 1-3 working days, 5 days during busy periods. Products that are made to order such as lampshades, cushions, other textiles, tableware and embellished prints can take up to 5 -8 working days to dispatch but are usually dispatched within 5 working days. If you require your order quickly, please don't hesitate to contact us and we'll do our best to reach your deadlines.

Please note once your order is shipped we cannot be held responsible for delays during transit due to courier issues.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

Once your order is placed we will send you an order confirmation via email. If you think you have not received this, please check your junk mail before contacting us.

UK DELIVERY (excluding Northern Ireland)

Orders will be sent by either Royal Mail or Parcelforce depending on size and weight. Customers are responsible for providing the correct address and may be required to be available to signing receipt of the package. Parcels returned to us due to the incorrect address will only be sent to amended address once shipping costs have been covered by the purchaser.

PLEASE NOTE: Parcelforce are currently merging with Royal Mail and some shipments are experiencing delays due to "teething problems" as both companies move to a single, unified delivery network.

Standard UK Delivery £4.50 (FREE for orders £100 & over)

Northern Ireland - Sorry, but we no longer send to the EU or Northern Ireland due to the new GPSR laws which has made it difficult for small businesses to sell in these areas.

OVERSEAS DELIVERY
If you live outside the UK and would like to order, please contact us directly with your order so that we can provide a price for shipping and insurance. Please note:

  • Art prints will be only be shipped unmounted and unframed, either shipped flat or rolled in a postage tube for protection.

  • Cushions will be sent as cover only (no pad) to keep postage costs down. A 50 x 50cm insert will fit the cover.

  • Lampshades - are shipped at your own risk as we cannot be held repsonsible for any damages during transit to overseas addresses. Keep in mind that shipping lampshades will be expensive!

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, TAXES
Please note all duties and taxes charged by customs in the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer. For orders over a certain amount, the courier company may contact you for payment of any duty or tax payable and the recipient will be responsible for arranging payment prior to the delivery of goods. It is the buyers responsibility to ensure any payment is made promptly or the courier will return the goods to us and we will be unable to reimburse the delivery or the return costs. It is therefore very important that overseas buyers supply accurate contact details so the courier company can make contact without problem.

PACKAGING
Great care is taken to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. We do try to use recycled packaging wherever possible but we can promise that your order is very carefully packaged to avoid breakages. Whilst we would like to remove all plastics from our packaging, Royal Mail will only insure fragile items if they are protected with bubblewrap. We will try to use recycled bubblewrap when available.

NO QUIBBLE RETURNS/EXCHANGES - excluding bespoke and custom 'goods made to order'*

We want you to be pleased with your purchase. However if you are not happy for any reason, please email us with the reason for return within 14 days of receipt. We shall make every effort to offer a resolution.

Returns & Refunds: You must notify us within 14 days of the delivery date if you wish to make a return. Once we have confirmed and accepted your request you have another 14 days to return it.

Orders must be returned within 28 days of delivery and we advise you to send any returns by recorded & insured delivery (at customer expense unless faulty) with all the original packaging or similar and in perfect condition. Once we take receipt of the return and confirm it is in perfect condition, a full refund* will be issued.

Exchanges: We do not offer a direct exchange for goods ordered online. To receive an alternative, simply return the unsuitable item as explained above for a full refund* and place a new order for the desired item via the website,

*Refund of Original Delivery Costs: If your entire order is returned you will receive a full refund including our standard delivery cost. If only part of your order is returned, we will only refund you for the returned goods and not the delivery cost as the delivery service was still fully utilized to deliver the other remaining items.

Please note that for international customers, any original postage costs will not be refunded. 

GOODS MADE TO ORDER*

Refunds and exchanges will not be offered for goods that are bespoke 'made to order' such as lampshades, embellished prints or goods sold as seconds.

We are a small business and do not have the space to store a large stock of products. Therefore the majority of our goods are made to order. These include cushions, lampshades and other textile products as well as fine art prints.

We cannot offer a refund for any bespoke 'goods made to Order' such as lampshades which are made to your choice of design, size and orientation. Other 'made to order' items which are non-returnable are embellished and/or framed prints.
