By browsing this website and placing an order, you have agreed to the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these Terms & Conditions in full you do not have permission to use this website and should cease using it immediately.
NO QUIBBLE RETURNS/EXCHANGES - excluding bespoke 'goods made to order'*
We want you to be pleased with your purchase. However f you are not happy for any reason, please email us with the reason for return within 14 days of receipt. Whether a refund or exchange is requested we shall make every effort to offer a resolution.
The item must be returned to us within 14 days of the date you notified us that you wish to do so. We advise you to send any returns by recorded & insured delivery (at customer expense unless faulty) with all the original packaging or similar and in perfect condition. Once we take receipt of the return a full refund or exchange will be issued. Additional shipping charges for exchanges will be at customer expense. A Paypal invoice will be emailed to you prior to us sending out your exchange.
Please note that for international customers, any original postage costs will not be refunded.
GOODS MADE TO ORDER*
Refunds and exchanges will not be offered for goods that are bespoke 'made to order' such as lampshades, embellished prints or goods sold as seconds.
We are a small business and do not have the space to store a large stock of products. Therefore the majority of our goods are made to order. These include mugs, cushions, lampshades and other textile products as well as prints.
We cannot offer a refund for any bespoke 'goods made to Order' such as lampshades which are made to your choice of design, size and orientation. Other 'made to order' items which are non-returnable are embellished and/or framed prints.

To help you make the correct choice and avoid costly mistakes and returns, we are always happy to send additional detailed images and information before you purchase. Feel free to contact us with any queries you may have!
STRIPE & PAYPAL - easy peasy!
Stripe & PayPal are the accepted payment methods as well as major credit/debit card payments. This is the safest way to buy online. You don't require a PayPal account to pay with a credit/debit card via PayPal. Payments are processed and encrypted by a third party company. I do not have access to or do not store these details.
Payments to Dawn Maciocia will show up as MDM Creations Ltd on your statement/receipt.
Once payment is received goods will be dispatched within 3-7 working days. Goods that are made to order such as lampshades and embellished prints will be dispatched in 1-2 weeks although at times this could be quicker.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS AND IMAGES
I try to make my product descriptions as accurate as possible on the site. Where sizes and dimensions are concerned a small tolerance of 5% should be given.
The product images on my website are for illustrative purposes only. I try to represent the colours accurately but I cannot guarantee that your computer monitor will reflect the colours accurately so your products may slightly differ from those shown.
PRICING
All prices are in british pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT. The prices may change from time to time but changes will not affect orders that have already been placed.

Please note that all copyright rests with the artist, regardless of any source material used. Full copyright to images produced by the artist can be negotiated, and agreed in writing, prior to dispatch of the work. This cannot be negotiated once the work has been dispatched. Without written agreement the copyright in the Artwork will remain with the artist even after ownership of the Artwork, including commissions, is transferred to the Customer. I may produce prints/cards and other merchandise of my original artworks unless written exclusivity agreements are made.

I reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time. It is advised you read them before making any new purchases.

I may update this site from time to time, along with the content. However, please note that any of the content on the site may be out of date at any given time. I will endeavour to make changes as and when they occur, however, I am under no obligation to update it immediately.
